Homelessness

We are committed to assisting homeless individuals by offering a stable and nurturing environment where they can focus on addressing both their immediate and long-term needs. Our dedicated support workers collaborate closely with service users to help them secure longer-term accommodation or permanent housing, as well as access education, training, or employment opportunities. Additionally, we provide a variety of in-house therapeutic activities aimed at promoting holistic well-being.



Mental Health and Addiction

We provide expert designed support and for people aged 18 or over with mental health issues and those with addiction problems. Our range of mental health support services include: housing, register with a mental health team, doctor, work with drug and alcohol services, rehab service.  In addition, we provide in house therapeutic activities which include counselling, well being and therapeutic activities, various drug and alcohol awareness workshops, mentorship and support to move on.

 

Ex-Offenders

Among other support, we offer:

  • Weekly sessions with a dedicated key worker;
  • Support with getting access to services and benefits;
  • Weekly therapeutic sessions and activities;
  • Support with access to mental health and drugs and alcohol abuse services;
  • Support with career aspirations, including access to courses and assistance with job search and preparation;
  • Support with compliance and attendance of appointments.
